If you provide an email address when placing your order, we will send to you an order confirmation within 2 hours.
For orders shipped via UPS, an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped. Orders shipped USPS first class mail will not include tracking numbers.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Turnaround and Production Time
We custom produce each item to your order specifications, so please allow up to 5 business days for completion and shipment of your order. Deliveries typically take 2-5 days in transit depending on your location. Therefore you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:
If for any reason we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will ship your partial order and automatically backorder any remaining items. Backorders will be billed on the day of shipment and no additional shipping will be charged. Call 1-887-698-6961 with questions or to cancel backorders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our workmanship and stand behind all of our products. We will replace any defective product due to workmanship, damage or items received incorrectly.
Because all of our products are custom made to your order, we ask that you please check your order carefully and refer to the sizing charts provided to ensure proper fit. We do not offer exchanges due to sizing or inaccuracy at the time of placing the order.

If you qualify for a return we will assign a return authorization number (RA#). You can ship your product along with your RA# to:
