Order Confirmation

If you provide an email address when placing your order, we will send to you an order confirmation within 2 hours.

Order Tracking

For orders shipped via UPS, an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped. Orders shipped USPS first class mail will not include tracking numbers.

Turnaround and Production Time

We custom produce each item to your order specifications, so please allow up to 5 business days for completion and shipment of your order. Deliveries typically take 2-5 days in transit depending on your location. Therefore you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

Backorders

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will ship your partial order and automatically backorder any remaining items. Backorders will be billed on the day of shipment and no additional shipping will be charged. Call 1-887-698-6961 with questions or to cancel backorders.

We take great pride in our workmanship and stand behind all of our products. We will replace any defective product due to workmanship, damage or items received incorrectly. 

Because all of our products are custom made to your order, we ask that you please check your order carefully and refer to the sizing charts provided to ensure proper fit.  We do not offer exchanges due to sizing or inaccuracy at the time of placing the order.

HOW TO RETURN

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to poor quality, defective garments or defective embellishments please submit a request through our  Customer Service Email or contact us by phone at: 1-877-MY TOWN 1 (1-877-698-6961).

If you qualify for a return we will assign a return authorization number (RA#). You can ship your product along with your RA# to:

Please mark your RA# on the outside of your package and include a short description of the defect with your return.

At MyTown Originals we take the privacy of our customers seriously.  Unless otherwise stated, when you provide us your email address, we will email you as necessary to process your order, respond to a request or provide customer service. After you place an order at mytownoriginals.com, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information. We may also send promotional email about products, special offers, services or events that we believe may interest you. It is our intent to send promotional emails only to those persons who wish to receive them. We provide instructions on how to unsubscribe in each email.
